This role will be responsible for the maintenance and support of Econsultancy’s learning platforms and associated digital technologies.

Professional learning is the company’s fastest growing business line and is central to our strategy moving forward. Building excellent digital learning courses is vital to our mission of helping marketers achieve excellence for their organisations and themselves.


The Role…

You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a variety of learning programmes, while also focusing on increasing learner engagement. The first 6 months of this role will be dedicated to the build, integration and implementation of our SaaS learning management system and reporting suite. You will then be responsible for the on-going running and performance of these platforms.

This role will join the product management team and will, over time, become the subject matter expert on our learning management system in order to provide guidance to other teams within the business who use the system.


What You will do…

  • Write and maintain instructional and procedural documentation
  • Work in collaboration with the content, project management and customer success teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Build learning journeys (including uploading and testing all content) for our standard courses and bespoke customers
  • Build and test bespoke instances of our Digital Skills Index, a proprietary skills assessment tool.
  • Design, Build and test Client Hub Pages
  • Manage user access using our access management system, Piano
  • Implement navigation updates and landing page builds
  • Serve as point of escalation for support issues
  • Troubleshoot inquiries related to learning programmes and the overall platform
  • Archive old content
  • Liaise with our LMS provider on updates to the platform
  • Monitor usage rates and help manage external costs

  • Knowledge of the Docebo learning management platform would be an advantage
  • Experience of building digital learning courses would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce would be an advantage
