The solution needed to reach a geographically diverse team quickly & be delivered cost effectively.
What we did
- Developed completely new ways of working, from strategy to execution, delivering a codified programme of learning during multi-day day Boot Camps in London, New York and Hong Kong
- Full global cascade to over 1,500 global marketing professionals via an online program featuring interactive Elearning modules and live webinar / clinic sessions to embed new skills and mindsets in-role
- Developed digital playbooks featuring critical tools and processes to aid adoption, enabled by Econsultancy and Marketing Week
Results
- The Elearning and webinar series has been running for two years with highly positive feedback
- New topics have been commissioned and have continued to roll out
